Why do I get the message "Error 126 in 'Load Library (xxxxxx.dll)' "?

This is the first time I install the free downloaded VisSim Viewer v8.0 on my new computer (Window 7). When I try to open the schematic pmsm4-28035.vsm, it gives me a message like: Error 126 in 'Load Library (xxxxxx.dll) not found'

I clicked the OK button and another message would come out. I kept clicking OK button and the error messages kept popping out.

The xxxxxx in the error message sometimes changes and sometime stays the same.

For about somewhere between 50 to 100 times, the schematic finally got open.

Please advice why this happens and how to solve this problem.

You need VisSim/Embedded Controls Developer

Harry, I see the problem. The diagram you mention is designed to implement embedded PMSM motor control. It requires use of our Embedded Controls Developer product. As you will need to compile and download the result, it is not available in Viewer form. You should download VisSim/Embedded Controls Developer It will run for 2 months after you install it in trial mode. Even after the trial is over, you can still open diagrams and run them. You just can not save your work or generate C code after the 2 month trial period is over.

If you still have difficulty, it is likely due to your Vista or Win 7 "User Account Control". Please follow directions here to turn off UAC and remove all hidden VisSim.ini files and reinstall VisSim/ECD.
