How to model a 10 minute switch-on delay for a boiler?

I am modelling one boiler. The burner will be working at duty or standby mode. However, due to the boiler's design limit, once the boiler goes into standby mode, it can not switch to duty mode within 10 minutes. I wonder how I can add this 10 minutes gap in the model?

Use the VisSim delayedSwitch block

It is under Blocks > Nonlinear > delayedSwitch. You can choose the amount of on delay and off delay.
