How can I connect to eZdspF2808 with CCS3.3

I can't get my F2808 eZdsp to talk to CCS v3.3. Do I need new drivers or something?

You must download the proper drivers from Spectrum

Hi Francois, The F2808 eZdsp on CCS v3.3 works fine in our labs.
1) If your board does not appear in the first step under item 2) below, you must download and install the Spectrum CCS v3.3 drivers: http://support.spectrumdigital.com/ccs33/

2) Run Start > Programs > Texas Instruments > Code Composer Studio 3.x > Setup Code Composer Studio v3.x

  • Find your board+JTAG emulator in the middle column and drag it to the first column.
  • Select File > Save
  • Then File > Exit
