Button element bug

Selection of "Use bitmap" in button's properties causes unhanled exception in Vissim32.exe. It take place in 7.0B13 version.

I'd deleted vissim32.exe and ran setupVisSimUpdate70A.exe. After that "Use bitmap" checkbox functions well.

It has been fixed in the latest 7.0B15 download from our site.
